If you want to revoke Strava access, disconnect your account, or request deletion of data stored by Atomic Metrix, use one of the methods below.
Revoke access in Strava
You can revoke Atomic Metrix's access to your Strava account directly from Strava's app settings. This stops future access immediately. Once revocation is detected by our systems, we begin deletion of stored Strava tokens and Strava-derived data for your account without requiring a second deletion email.

Email admin@atomicmetrix.com from the address associated with your Atomic Metrix account and include the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
We will verify the request and delete your Atomic Metrix account data, stored Strava tokens, imported activities, related metrics, cached data, and conversation history associated with your account.
In-app disconnect
If you are signed in to Atomic Metrix, you can use the in-app Strava disconnect flow where available. That disconnect is treated as a deletion instruction for stored Strava tokens and Strava-derived data tied to your account; a second deletion email is not required.
Access requests
If you want a copy of the Strava-related data currently stored for your account, email admin@atomicmetrix.com with the subject line Data Access Request.
We will provide the Strava-related data we hold for your account in a reasonable electronic format together with a summary of the categories of data we currently store.
What We Delete
- Stored Strava access tokens associated with your Atomic Metrix account
- Imported Strava activity records and derived personal metrics stored for your account
- Cached data and account-level history stored by Atomic Metrix for your account
Strava Deletions Reflected in Atomic Metrix
If you delete data on Strava, Atomic Metrix will stop showing that deleted Strava data expeditiously and in all cases within 48 hours after the deletion is reflected to our systems.
