Data deletion and disconnect

Response target: expeditiously after verification, with Strava-origin deletions reflected in-app within 48 hours after they reach our systems

Applies to: Atomic Metrix account data, provider tokens, and authorized training or health data stored by Atomic Metrix

If you want to revoke a provider connection, disconnect a data source, or request deletion of data stored by Atomic Metrix, use one of the methods below.

Disconnect in Atomic Metrix

If you are signed in, open Profile → Data Sources and disconnect supported providers. In-app disconnect is treated as a deletion instruction for stored provider tokens and provider-derived data tied to your account.

Revoke provider access directly

You can revoke Strava or Intervals.icu access from the provider's app settings. For Apple Health, manage permissions in iOS Settings or Apple Health on your iPhone. Revocation stops future access; once detected, we begin deleting stored tokens and provider-derived data for your account.

Request deletion by email

Email admin@atomicmetrix.com from the address associated with your Atomic Metrix account and include the subject line Data Deletion Request.

We will verify the request and delete account data, provider tokens, imported activities, derived metrics, cached data, training-plan records, uploaded files, and conversation history associated with your account.

Request a copy of your data

If you want a copy of the data currently stored for your account, email admin@atomicmetrix.com with the subject line Data Access Request. We will provide a reasonable electronic export and a summary of the categories of data we store.

What we delete

  • Stored OAuth tokens for connected providers such as Strava and Intervals.icu
  • Imported activities, workout streams, routes, and provider-derived training metrics
  • Apple Health data uploaded from the iOS app, including workouts and daily health metrics
  • Training plans, planned workouts, workout canvas edits, and generated workout exports
  • Atomic AI conversations, uploaded sport-file attachments, MCP authorization records, and tool results
  • Account-level settings, profile fields, cached data, and support-request context associated with your account

Provider deletion behavior

If you delete an activity or related data on Strava, Atomic Metrix will stop showing that deleted Strava data expeditiously and in all cases within 48 hours after the deletion is reflected to our systems. For other connected providers, we remove locally stored provider-derived data after disconnect, revocation detection, or verified deletion request.
