  1. Update

    Product update log is now live

    Atomic Metrix now has a public update timeline so athletes can see what changed across product releases.

    • Added a dedicated update log in the Blog area.
    • Added an Update tag alongside Science and Feature articles.
    • Prepared release automation so future deployments can publish user-facing notes.
  2. Update

    Atomic Agent usage is clearer and more accurate

    Monthly Atomic Agent usage now reflects real credit consumption instead of simple message counts.

    • Switched AI usage display from message counts to token-based credits.
    • Included cached-token usage in Bedrock and Anthropic credit calculations.
    • Moved the Agent monthly usage card into the profile area next to heart-rate settings.
    • Fixed the chat drawer height when opened from the profile page.
  3. Update

    Heart-rate zones and activity reports got more trustworthy

    Activity analysis now uses profile-based heart-rate zones and cleaner zone reporting.

    • Use the athlete profile's heart-rate zones in activity reports.
    • Fixed zone calculations that were using activity max HR instead of user max HR.
    • Improved power and heart-rate summaries so every zone is shown consistently.
    • Added a clearer stacked-bar zone editor with draggable boundaries.
    • Improved decoupling controls and trimmed noisy ride edges from calculations.
  4. Update

    Workout editing and activity workflows became smoother

    Training plans, workout canvas controls, and activity management received practical workflow upgrades.

    • Added automatic Strava activity report writeback.
    • Added exact watt controls to the workout canvas.
    • Fixed slow training APIs and safer plan-write deletion behavior.
    • Added activity deletion with automatic metrics recomputation.
  5. Update

    MCP setup and route planning became easier to connect

    Atomic Metrix improved MCP discovery, OAuth registration, scopes, and route-planning tools for AI clients.

    • Fixed MCP metadata discovery routes for supported clients.
    • Moved OAuth client registration to stable top-level registration endpoints.
    • Auto-granted default scopes for existing OAuth tokens.
    • Added route and settings scopes for MCP clients.
    • Added a route-planning tool with visual map preview output.
    • Started tracking Cloud Run deploys in GitHub deployments.
  6. Update

    Account safety, trainer controls, and fitness pages were tightened

    This release focused on safer account flows, better trainer interactions, and fresher fitness data.

    • Rejected verification-code sends for accounts that are already active.
    • Added profile data deletion controls.
    • Fixed stale Fitness Impact values and fitness page data lag.
    • Updated trainer interface and ride-control logic.
    • Improved ride reports and route controls with recent activity context.
  7. Update

    Training-plan exports and connected-account flows expanded

    Intervals.icu and Strava workflows gained stronger export, writeback, and authorization support.

    • Added Intervals.icu export for training plans.
    • Added activity-write permission support for Intervals.icu OAuth.
    • Enhanced Strava reauthorization and activity push support.
    • Improved user integration fields for Intervals.icu and Apple Health.
